A Source Measure Unit (SMU) is a specialized electronic test instrument used in electronics and semiconductor testing. It combines the functions of both a power supply and a digital multimeter into a single device.

An SMU is capable of sourcing voltage or current to a device under test (DUT) while simultaneously measuring the resulting current or voltage, respectively. 1010c host and 1003c host

The high precision plug-in source measure unit has the characteristics of high channel density, strong synchronous triggering function, and high efficiency of multi-device combination. The host adopts a customized framework, with a backplane bus bandwidth of up to 3Gbps and supports 16 triggers, meeting the high-speed communication needs of multi-card devices.

To meet the different numbers of sub-cards, we launched two types of hosts 1003C and 1010C. The 1003C has a max capacity of 3 sub-cards, the 1010C, has a max capacity of 10 sub-cards. All sub-cards can be inserted into both types of hosts.

CS series source measure unit subcard is the high-precision, high-dynamic, plug-in source measure unit subcard with voltage, current input and output and measurement functions.

The max output voltage is up to 300V, the max output current is up to 1A and supports four-quadrant work, so it can be widely used in various electrical characteristics testing. The CS series source measure unit is suitable for all industry users, especially for modern semiconductors, nanometer devices and materials, organic semiconductors, printed electronics, and other small-size, low-power device characteristics analysis.

At present, CS100, CS200, CS300, CS400, CBI401 and CBI402 sub-cards have been developed, which CS100, CS200 and CS300 are single cards and single channels, CS400, CBI401 and CBI402 are single cards and four channels, and the four channels in the card share the same ground. When a 10-card host is used, we can get up to 40 channels. Users can select different sub-cards to achieve the optimal cost-effectiveness ratio.
