3rd Generation Semiconductor
Third-generation semiconductors, such as Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN), bring significant advancements in power supply technology. Utilizing third-generation semiconductor devices in power supplies can lead to substantial improvements in volume, reliability, and efficiency. However, it also introduces new challenges for circuit control algorithms and process design.
In China, high-frequency, high-power (kW-level) third-generation semiconductor power supplies are currently in the prototype stage. The inevitable trend is a comprehensive replacement of silicon-based devices, promising a broad and promising future.
3rd Generation Power
Our third-generation power supply boasts a total of 17 patents in high-frequency control algorithms and process design. We have collaborated with semiconductor companies on the joint development of third-generation power supplies, including an 11kW high-power bidirectional On-Board Charger (OBC) and an 800V power supply product. These products have the potential to reduce volume by one-third, resulting in a further decrease in structural costs.
