TR2127XX

The TR2127XX series is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver chip. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies make the robust monolithic structure possible. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, and can be lowered to 3.3V.

When the CS pin detects an overcurrent in the monitored power transistor, it shuts down the gate drive voltage output and changes the /FLT signal from high impedance to low impedance to indicate that overcurrent protection has occurred. This chip’s floating channel can be used to drive N-channel power MOSFETs or IGBTs configured for high-side or low-side operation, with working voltages up to 600V.
